For every order, we sent a shipping confirmation email with the tracking code. You can check it using one of Package Tracking Service, or you can add your Order ID and the email you used for your purchase below and we’ll help you with the Shipment Status.
We offer topnotch gadgets. In order to do so, we had to partner with different manufacturers spread across the globe. Our goal is to find the best gadgets being produced and bring them to your house.
We accept the majority of Credit Cards, PayPal, iDeal and Bancontact. The payment methods are always displayed on our checkout page. We do not accept payment on delivery transactions.

Most probably no. The majority of the items we sell are exclusive and hand-picked which make them almost unique and really hard to be found on retail and offline stores.
If you try to track a package within 48 hours after you made your order or received our shipping confirmation email, it is possible that the information would not be yet available. This is because the carrier has not yet scanned the package. Don’t worry! As soon as the carrier get your package scanned, the information will be updated immediately.

That is the reason why our customers have only up to few hours to change the address on the order, after that time we can not make changes since the system starts the process delivery. All orders are sent to our warehouse for shipping and handling on the same day. Cancellation and changing shipping address is subject to discretion and confirmation from our customer service department. Cancellation is not guaranteed! If your order cannot be canceled you must receive the product and let us know so that we can begin the process of returning the product.
Until you get your package from us the responsibility is on our side. If more than 30 days have passed since you received our shipping information email, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to check it for you.

You have 30 days after the product is delivered to return the product. In order to do so, you need to get in touch with our customer support team and provide all the necessary details
All eligible products can be returned. This means, if the customer wants to return items, they must be unused, they must be in the same condition they were received and with all accessories, and they can not be Health or Personal Care products. Gift cards, downloadable software products, Health and Personal Care products are non-returnable items. For further information please check our Terms and Conditions.
Usually it takes up to 7 working days to get your money back in your account after we the refund is issued from our side. You will get a confirmation email after the refund is made.
